• 7:00am Start arriving at school (the earlier you can get here, the better)

• 7:25am Downbeat for run-through at the high school with percussion (band and winds)

• 7:45am High School students load at Scappoose High School

• 7:50am Depart Scappoose High School to Jewell School

• 9:15am Arrive at Jewell and unload (quickly and efficiently); We will place our gear nicely and neatly in our designated area. Unpack and prepare for warm-up.

• 9:30am Warm-up

• 10:00am Performance Time

• 10:30am Sightreading Time After sight-reading, we will pack our instruments neatly.

• 11:00am Watch Sheridan

• 11:30am Depart for Seaside

• 12:30pm Arrive at Seaside for lunch at Fultano’s Pizza/Arcade

• 2:15pm Depart Seaside

• 3:45pm Arrive at Scappoose High School

Important:

1) Clothes – Concert Black for our stage performance – dress shoes preferred. Orange Neck Ties will be provided to all of those students wearing black button-down shirts. No denim. No sneakers.

2) Food – We will eat at Fultano’s in Seaside for lunch. They offer pizza by the slice from $3.00- 4.75, a special with a slice/salad/soda, etc. OR, you can buy your own pie with friends. As we leave Jewell, you can call ahead to place your order. Their menu can be found at: https://fultanos.com/seaside-fultanos

3) To accommodate those who ride the bus before and after school, it is important that we depart Seaside ON TIME, so we can arrive before the afternoon bus routes leave the high school. Watch the clock and be on time. We need to depart Seaside NO LATER than 2:00pm.
